Our story
Why we focus on doors
Most remodeling companies treat doors as an add-on to a window, roofing or siding job. Threshold Door Co. was built around them. Entry doors, patio doors, impact doors, garage doors and interior doors are the core of what we do, which means the people measuring your openings and the crews installing your doors work with doors every day.
That focus matters in Central Florida. A door here has to survive afternoon downpours, relentless sun, humidity, termites and hurricane season — and it has to pass inspection under the Florida Building Code. The difference between a door that lasts and one that leaks is almost always in the installation: the sill pan, the flashing, the shims and the fasteners. We sweat those details so you never have to think about them.
We are a local business, and most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers. That keeps us honest. We would rather talk you out of an upgrade you do not need than install something you will regret.

Our owner leads Threshold Door Co. and is personally involved in every project — from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. You get a direct line to the person responsible for the work, not a call center or a commissioned salesperson.
Having spent years in the construction trades around Central Florida, our owner saw too many good doors fail because they were rushed in. Threshold Door Co. was started to do the opposite: measure carefully, explain options honestly, price everything in writing, and stand behind every installation.

Old door out, opening prepped and flashed, new door set plumb, level and square, then sealed and trimmed.
